Governing Law
No contract will subsist between you and Zenith International Ltd for any data provided as a free trial. No contract will subsist between you and Zenith International Ltd for the sale by it to you of any product or service unless and until the end of the payment process and until WorldPay sends you an e-mail confirming your order. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time WorldPay sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail). Therefore it is not the company's policy to offer refunds or accept returns. Indemnity

Credit Card Guarantee
Even if your card is used fraudulently, your bank or card issuer cannot hold you liable for more than £50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank or card issuer does hold you liable for any of the £50.00, Zenith International Ltd will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full £50.00. Zenith International Ltd will cover this liability only if the unauthorised use of your credit or debit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at Zenith International Ltd while using the secure server.

In the event of unauthorised use of your credit or debit card, you must notify your credit or debit card issuer in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
